Wir bieten in unserer sehr schönen, freundlichen und zentralgelegenen 5-Zimmerwohnung ein hübsches, helles, ruhiges Zimmer an; für eine Studentin oder Berufstätige aus Deutschland.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, Bettzeug und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, nah an zwei U-Bahn-Stationen. Leicht erreichbar von Hauptbahnhof und vom Mailänder Dom.
Via Ampere ist eine schöne Straße, mit Bäumen (in Mailand nicht oft anzutreffen).
Der Stadtteil heißt Citta' Studi, Universität und einige Designschulen sind ganz in der Nähe.
Donnerstags ist auf der via Ampere ein riesiger Wochenmarkt, der sehr atmosphärisch ist.
Wir sind eine dreiköpfige Familie (Mutter mit einer Tochter von 13 Jahren und einem Sohn von 11 Jahren). Ich bin in der Naturheilkunde tätig. Da meine Kinder in der Schule deutsch lernen, wäre es für mich von großem Interesse, die Sprache auch zuhause zu sprechen.
Als Gegenleistung sozusagen für dem niedrigen Mietpreis von 300 Euro wäre es schön, eine Stunde am Tag mit den Kinder Konversation auf deutsch zu machen.
Ich bin per Mail oder per Handy tagsüber und am frühen Abend erreichbar.
Ich speche allerdings nur englisch und italienisch.
