The room is big and fully furnished with a double bed, two large wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a large desk and little tables if needed.
The apartment is 100 square meters, bright and on the second floor inside a stately building in the city center.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all kinds of appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and other cooking tools. We love to cook and have meals together.

It is an old renovated flat for which there is good thermal insulation and very little noise pollution.
The building is inhabited by good people with whom we have good relations.
There is a lovely internal garden with a covered parking space for bikes.
The area is very well served:
Bus 90, 92, 60.62; tram 23, 15, 33, 9, 19; Red Metro Porta Venezia; passing Dateo.
Supermarkets: Naturasì, Carrefour, Esselunga and above all a Careffour 24 hours a day! Convenient !.
The district also offers exhibition spaces such as the Pac, the park at the Porta Venezia gardens, gyms, swimming pool, and shopping in Buenos Aires.
Nearby there are many restaurants and densely populated places and for all tastes.
As a residential area it is safe and nice at all hours.
Currently in the flat lives Elisa, who works in consulting, and me, a 3D artist in a videogame company, with Sacha in addition, the cat of 19 years old that most of the time sleeps and furnishes the house with his presence. The weekends we mostly stay are in Milan and we love to live the house.
We love to cook and invite friends at home sometimes to have dinner or "aperitvo" together.
The requirements that must be fulfilled are: pay the rent on time the first of the month, respect the order and cleanliness of the flat and respect the others .
