Wg (open-space) ist ideal fuer 1 Student oder studentin (die zweite Person wohnt eigentlich nie da, bekommt nur Post und kommt ab und zu um die abzuholen.) Sie liegt zentral nahe Parco Sempione.Etwa 50m2 gross und unterteilt in 2 gleichgrosse Bereiche. Im 1. Zi ist ein Kochnischecke
:Gasherd,Backhofen ,Spuele,Kuehlschrank)Es gibt kein richtiges Bad aber eine Dusche im 2.Zimmer und eine Toilette ausserhalb der wg aber ausschliesslich vom Wg-mieter genutzt. Im 2.zi ein doppelbett , 2 Schraenke ,1 Schreibtisch ADSL wireless frei Die WG ist sehr ruhig (zum Hof gelegen) In 10 minuten erreicht man zu Fuss das Stadtzentrum. Es gibt gute Verkehrverbindungen (metro:Garibaldi 5 minuten, Tram 1,7,37, 12,14,19 Bus 43,57 Passante:Domodossola 1Station zu Bovisa Uni, 10 minuten zu Cattolica, 10 minuten zu Statale . Der Vertrag kann fuer 4/ 6 monate oder laenger sein (bis 9). Erasmusstuden sind willkommen.
