Hi,
Ich vermiete zwei sehr schöne, helle Zimmer in interessantem, design- und kunstorientiertem Ambiente. Die Wohnung liegt im zentralen Stadtteil, Porta Romana, also direkt an der Uni, dem Bocconi (und auch Statale), 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
WO
Sie ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen ( U-Bahnlinien 3 Porta Romana aber auch Tram 9,29,20 und Busse 62,92,90...).
In der Naehe gibt es Supermaerkte, Bar Restaurant, und das trendy leben von vis Crema und ein wunderschoener Wochenmarkt direkt in die ecke am Freitag.
Sehr nahe auch zum Zentrum von Mailand (Domplatz) 20 min zu fuß.
MOBELN
Unsere Wohnung ist groß und hell. Sie liegt im 1. Stock (mit Aufzug direkt vor die Haustür).
Es gibt eine bepflanzte Balkon.
Jeder Zimmer hat eine provate bad und es ist dekorativ und atmosphärisch eingerichtet, geräumig, hell, freundlich; verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett, Schrank, Sofa, Komode, Schreibtisch, Lampen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen, wenn gewünscht, zur Verfügung.
Auch ein Fahrrad und Fahrradabstellplatz stehen eventuell zur Verfügung.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt (aber auf dem Balkon).
