Hallo, ich habe zwei Zimmer in einer schönen Wohnung zu vermieten. Eines davon ist ein Durchgangszimmer und kann als Wohn- oder Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden.
Einzug ist nach Absprache auch früher möglich. Die Mietdauer ist flexibel (zunächst jedoch auf 6 Monate begrenzt, danach muss mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden ob in einstieg in den Hauptmietvetrag möglich ist).
Beide Zimmer sind teilmöbliert (Bett 180 cm, Schrank, Regal, Kommode, Schreibtisch. Im Zimmer ist noch Platz für eigene Möbel. Dass Bett hat eine hochwertige und feste Matratze. Es besteht jedoch die möglichkeit, die vorhandenen Möbel in eine Garage zu stellen, und eigene mitzubringen.
Die geräumige Küche ist voll möbliert (Spülmaschiene, Mikrowelle, etc).
Neben der Küche gibt es noch ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen nähe HBF im Bleichenviertel (zwischen Altstadt und Neustadt), alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen (zu Fuß oder Nahverkehr).
Der Rhein ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
Deine künftige Mitbewohnerin heißt Claudia, ist Mitte 30 und für jeden Spaß zu haben.
