The rented bedroom is the masters. It is fully furnitured in white. For the time of living all of it will stay in the room. Other stuff like a desk can be added. About the TV, it is possible to have you in this room. For that I would prefer to have a small deposit or a little paper, just to make sure I’ll have a functioning TV once I’m returning.
The second bedroom is owned buy your possible future roommate. It also had access to one of the two balcanies. You can access it anytime you want.
The kitchen is fully staffed with all you need. A little table is currently missing but we are working on that.
The bathroom is a little bit smaller but still beautiful. It has a bathtub and enough storage for all your belongings. The washing machine and the bawl is also in this room.
Lastely, we have the living room. It will probably change a bit. The plan is to move a desk in there so that it is possible for your future roommate to work remotely. Maybe a dinner table will be added as well but neither thé less it will still stay as cozy as it looks on the picture. You can also access the second balcony from there.
The location of the appartement is perfect for people who don’t like it to have for to go. Literally everything will be near you. Across the street are not only all the shops your heart would desire (H&M, Müller, Zara, Rossmann, DM, etc.) but also the Rhine. Within a 5 minute walk, you can be at so many places. For groceries, there is a Rewe as well as a Netto a bit further from the appartement. As said, you can find anything your heart wants in just a few feet.
The bus station « Rheingoldhalle » is right in front of the building. So on days when you don’t feel like walking, it won’t be that far. The station « Höfchen » is also near the appartement. If you want to take the tram, you would have to walk till « Schillerplatz ».
I’ve been living with Mili (or Nina for the people who don’t know her well enough yet) for nearly a year. So, I can attest you that you’ll have a nice roommate. She’s perfect for conversations After you com home. Maybe, you’ll get some food as well. The only little minus is that she smokes. But only on the balcony so don’t worry.
We like to spent time together. Be it cooking, going out or just having meetings on the balcony. You’ll defenitly won’t be bored with her but if you want some time alone that’s fine. You just have to tell her.
Not everything can be perfect, so here is the catch: Mili is moving into this appartement the first of september and I’ll be staying till thé second before leaving for my erasmus. It’s maybe possible to see the appartement beforehand but we’ll need to contact the current tenant. This means that not everyone can visit the appartement like that ´cause we don’t want to bother her too much.
The reason why this ad is in english, is that Mili is not fluent in German. She knows more than she thinks but it’s still difficult from time to time. So if you speak English or any Balkan language you’re gonna be fine.
