The apartment offers a new fitted kitchen and a very large furnished living room, which serves very well as a common room. There is also an indoor bathroom with shower. Another room is already rented. The floor in the room is equipped with a beautifully prepared parquet floor. The remaining floors are equipped with a visible concrete. A built-in kitchen with electric appliances and cookware is provided, as well as a washing machine. A dryer is available to the house community.
In the house there are only WGs or Apartments inhabited by singles and students. Together is very family.

Die Wohnung bietet eine neue Einbauküche und ein sehr großes möbliertes Wohnzimmer, das sehr gut als Gemeinschaftsraum dient. Daneben gibt es ein innenliegendes Bad mit Dusche. Ein weiteres Zimmer ist bereits vermietet. Der Boden im Zimmer ist mit einem schönen aufbereiteten Parkett ausgestattet. Die Restlichen Böden sind mit einem Sichtbeton ausgestattet. Eine Einbauküche samt E-Geräten und Kochgeschirr wird gestellt, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Ein Trockner steht der Hausgemeinschaft zur Verfügung.
Im Haus gibt es ausschließlich WGs bzw. Apartments, die von Singles und Studenten bewohnt werden. Das Miteinander ist sehr familiär.
The location is unbeatable. Whether a coffee in the morning, a döner or in the evening African food and then a few drinks in the bars - the Gaustraße is also kulinarisch der Place to be in Mainz! Schillerplatz is just a 3-minute walk away and all shopping facilities are nearby. The pedestrian zone and the Rhine River are also within a short time.
In our house (consisting of front and back house) only students live. You can easily park your bike in front of the house. In the entire Gaustraße you can park the car with a local parking card.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Ob morgens ein Kaffee, mittags ein Döner oder abends afrikanisch Essen und danach auf ein paar Drinks in den Bars - die Gaustraße ist auch kulinarisch der Place to be in Mainz! Der Schillerplatz ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt und sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt in der Nähe. Die Fußgängerzone und das Rheinufer sind ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
In unserem Haus (bestehend aus Vorder- und Hinterhaus) wohnen ausschließlich Studenten. Du kannst dein Fahrrad bequem vor dem Haus abstellen. In der gesamten Gaustraße kann man mit einem Anwohnerparkausweis das Auto abstellen.
