ich (Jana) ziehe zum 30.11. aus meinem schönen, hellen Zimmer aus und suche eine nette, aufgeschlossene Nachmieterin. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m² groß und sehr gut geschnitten.Dazu kommen ein großer Flur, 2 Abstellkammern, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, Küche sowie Balkon zum Innenhof liegend. Die Warmmiete (inklusive Strom und Internet) beträgt 257,00€.
Die WG befindet sich in der Altstadt direkt am Hauptbahnhof, sodass sowohl öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Bus, Bahn und Straßenbahn, als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Rewe innerhalb von max. 5min zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
In die Innenstadt dauert es zu Fuß ca. 10min.
Das WG-Leben ist recht unkompliziert! Wert legen wir auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit zumindest in den Räumen, die gemeinsam benutzt werden :-) Wir verstehen uns gut nud sitzen auch mal in der Küche zusammen. Es stört auch keinen, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte - alles wird aktzeptiert.
Besichtigungstermine werden soweit es machbar ist individuell vergeben. Bei Interesse schreibt uns bitte eine E-Mail mit ein paar Informationen über euch (gesucht ist ab 25 Jahren!!!) und gebt bitte eine Telefonnummer an, unter der wir euch erreichen können:-) Wir freuen uns!
