BITTE UNBEDINGT DIE KONTAKTDATEN UNTER SONSTIGES NUTZEN
Das Zimmer ist schön groß und bietet auch einen tollen Stauraum. Die Ablage zwischen Tür und Außenwand habe ich selbst gebaut, sie ist mit einem Ecktisch verbunden und bietet eine Ablagefläche von ca. 4qm. Die Konstruktion ist sehr solide, ich lagere dort aktuell mein Musikequipment und weitere auch schwere Sachen. Ablage und Ecktisch müssen für einen Abstand von 50€ übernommen werden. Der Rest der Einrichtung nach Absprache.
Super Anbindung an Schillerplatz und Münsterplatz, Hauptbahnhof fußläufig in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 5 Minuten (Penny, Rewe, Netto).
Die WG hat ein tolles und zwangloses Leben. Ich selbst habe hier 5 schöne Jahre verbracht und die aktuellen Mitbewohner sind super locker und hilfsbereit. Wir haben gern auch gemeinsam die Zeit verbracht mit gemeinsamen Ausgängen, Funzelfahrten, GrillAbenden, Spieleabenden, Er Parties... alles ohne Zwang und sehr freundschaftlich.
