Aufgrund von COVID-19 muss ich bis September im Ausland verweilen und möchte in der Zwischenzeit mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Die helle Wohnung teile ich mir mit meinem lieben Mitbewohner (40 Jahre alt).
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und die Miete beträgt 420 Euro im Monat (inkl. Nebenkosten, Energie, Internet).
Ich werde alle meine Möbel im Zimmer lassen (ein großes Doppelbett, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Sessel, einen großen Spiegel, usw. siehe Bild).

Hi there, Due to COVID-19, I will have to stay abroad in July and August. I would like to rent my room in Mainz the meanwhile.
The apartment is to be shared with my housemate Joscha.
The rent is 420 euros a month all included (flat rent, energy, internet).I will let all my furniture in the room (a huge bed, wardrobe, armchair, a big mirror etc. see the picture).For the description of the apartment I suggest that you directly have a look at the pictures.
Sie befindet sich in der Kapuzinerstraße und ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Rhein entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Nähe findest du allewichtigen Einrichtungen (Bahnhof Römisches Theater, Supermarkt, N‘eis, Restaurants,usw.).
It’s located in the street Kapuzinerstraße where you are 5mn walking from the river side and close to all facilities (supermarket, train station, restaurants etc.)
Wir suchen eine nette, fröhliche und zuverlässige Person,die gerne in einer Wohngemeinschaft lebt und über alle Arten von Themen (Essen,Politik, Kultur, usw.) diskutiert.
