Dein Zimmer ist ein quadratisch (praktisch) und gutes Zimmer auf der Westseite eines Altbaus. Es hat zwei große Fenster und ist dadurch hell. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit Bettgestell (ohne Matratze), Schreibtisch, Schrank (PAX), Regal (Kallax) und Sofa. Es eignet sich also perfekt für eine Zwischenmiete. Die Sprossenwand und das Gemälde bleiben auch im Zimmer, aber natürlich kannst du dem Zimmer auch dein Charakter verleihen. Wir können besprechen was für dich am besten passt :)
Your room would be a bright, large room on the West side of a historic building. It comes furnished with a bed (without Mattress), desk, wardrobe and couch. You don't have to bring much, but of course are welcome to add your own flair to it. The swedish ladder and the painting will stay (as it's tricky to take them down)
Die Wohnung ist im bester Lage direkt beim Fischtorplatz. Man ist super schnell am Markt und in der Altstadt und super an die Uni, Neustadt und sonst allem angebunden. Abends bietet sich das Rheinufer (1min entfernt) für ein ruhigen Spaziergang an.
The flat is super central and it's easy to get to all important and exciting spots in Mainz (Uni, Central station, Neustadt, Altstadt). In the evening a walk by the Rhine is only a minute away.
Ich wünsche mir ein geselliges Zusammenleben, wo man gerne mal gemeinsam kocht oder etwas unternimmt, sich aber auch seinen eigenen Raum gibt. Ich arbeite unter der Woche meistens im Büro und verbringe meine Abende entweder beim pub quiz, mit Greys Anatomy oder mit Freunden. Die Küche ist schön groß und bietet sich an für gemütliches Kochen oder gemeinsame Spielabende.
Es ist eine 2er-WG, die praktisch entsteht, da mein Partner gerade für eine Zeit in den USA ist. In dieser WG habe ich aber schonmal mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern gelebt, daher weiß ich, dass diese Wohnung sehr WG geeignet ist.
Ich selbst bin Psychologin und wohne seit 2021 in Mainz.
