ab Februar wird hier ein echt schönes und von mir relativ frisch renoviertes Zimmer (ohne Möbel) in einer lustigen Mainzer 4er WG frei.
Die Wohnung besitzt eine super Lage direkt am Anfang der Mainzer Altstadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rhein (und zu Kino/FH/Südbahnhof/Penny/REWE = 5-10min Fußweg)!
Eure Mitbewohner werden 2 Designer und ein Bauingenieur sein. Alle sind momentan an der FH-Mainz, also Studenten die auch schonmal etwas länger mit Euch feiern wenn Ihr wollt.
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung (Seperates Duschbad, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke & Eisschrank, Arcor DSL & Telefonflat, Aquarium mit Bewohnern, Zimmer mit seperater Klingel und eigenem Schlüssel, Fahrradgarage).
Die Warmmiete beträgt 332,50 € (inklusive allen NK und Tel/DSL).
Da der Vermieter ab Ende 2009 die Wohnung umbauen will, ist allerdings nur eine Zwischenmiete angegeben. Bewohnbar ist das Zimmer also bis 31.10.2009.
