We are a group of 6 people looking for a new roommate in our charming house.
The room in itself is small, but it is part of a large house. It has a large window through which the warm evening sun shines every afternoon. In addition, it is equipped with very good underfloor heating.
We have three floors, two bathrooms, a common walk-in colorful wardrobe, a huge living room, a large kitchen, a guest room, a few expandable multi functional and project rooms, and a wonderful wild garden. And very, very, rich neighbors, full of teslas, porches, and swimming pools. We don't have all that, but we live with two adorable cats.
We live in Mainz-Bretzenheim, close to the fields. We are not in the city center, but the tram and bus stops are 3 min away. From the house, in about 10 minutes by bike or 15 by tram, you can reach the university campus. Similarly, Mainz train station is at 20 minutes by tram. We are also close to a shopping center, with Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Decathlon, Kaufland etc.
The flatmates are active in the fields of social work, physics, biology, law, art, social sciences. The house is colorful and lively. Thanks to the location, it is very quiet. We do many activities, together or alone, there are no rules. We like sports like climbing, dancing, calisthenics, table tennis, gym, football,... We sometimes party, inside or outside, or simply chill and drink tea. We are all vegans or vegetarian, mostly nature lovers. We sometimes cook together, and have a cleaning plan for keeping the house nice.
People from different countries live here, so we usually speak English.
