Hello dear WG seekers,
in our 5 WG in Bretzenheim with good connection to the university and the city widi rooms free.
The 24-square-square-square room is located in a 5's WG, which is divided into two apartments. The three roommates live in the neighboring apartment. The kitchen is divided within the WG, which is located in the 2 room apartment, and the washing machine which is located in the other apartment. The room also has access to the balcony, which can also be reached via the kitchen and the other WG rooms.
The apartment includes a cellar and bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar belonging to the residential complex.

Hallo liebe/r WG-Suchende/r,
in unserer 5er WG in Bretzenheim mit guter Anbindung zur Uni und zur Stadt widi Zimmer frei.
Das 24 Quadratmeter große Zimmer befindet sich in einer 5er WG, welche auf zwei Wohnungen aufgeteilt ist. In der benachbarten Wohnung wohnen die drei Mitbewohnerinnen. Geteilt wird sich innerhalb der WG die Küche, welche in der 2 Zimmer Wohnung liegt, und die Waschmaschine, welche sich in der anderen Wohnung befindet. Außerdem besitzt das Zimmer einen Zugang zum Balkon, welchen man auch über die Küche und das andere WG-Zimmer erreichen kann.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller und Fahrräder können im zum Wohnkomplex gehörenden Fahrradkeller abgestellt werden.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du interessiert bist und uns ein bisschen über dich erzählen kannst. Un daraufhin, sofern es passt, können wir gerne ein Treffen zum Kennenlernen und Besichtigen machen :)
Directly near the apartment is a well-accessible supermarket. In addition, there are other supermarkets and the Gutenberg Center in the vicinity. There are several stops at which buses and trams take off, with which you can easily get to both the university and the city centre and towards Lerchenberg.
Direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich ein fußläufig gut erreichbarer Supermarkt. Außerdem befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung noch weitere Supermärkte und das Gutenberg-Center, in welchem es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Fußläufig in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar gibt es mehrere Haltestellen, an welchen Busse und Straßenbahnen abfahren, mit welchen man bequem sowohl in Richtung Uni und Innenstadt als auch in Richtung Lerchenberg kommt.
