weil ich bald im Ausland bin räume ich mein WG-Zimmer im begehren K3 Wohnheim. Es ist ab 01.08. einzugsbereit.
Hier ein paar Infos:
-Wohnheim liegt direkt neben der FH Mainz (K3)
-Wie alle Zimmer im K3 sind bereits Möbel als Grundausstattung dabei (Bett, Tische, Stühle, Schrank, großes Regal, Bettkasten)
-Eigenes Bad!
-Ein sehr großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit 2 großen Kühlschränken
-Balkon
-Im Mietpreis ist eine Flatrate für Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet(extrem schnell) drin --> keine weiteren Kosten
-Das Zimmer ist im 1. Stock
-Das Wohnheim hat Waschmaschinen und Trockner
-Am Campus ist direkt eine Mensa
-Top Anbindung an Buslinien (3 Haltestellen in nächster Nähe)
-Top Anbindung an Autobahn
-Citybikeständer ist auch bei der FH
-Parkplätze der FH können einfach mitbenutzt werden
-Kaution beträgt 2 Monatsmieten.
