Das Zimmer ist in einer 4er WG im Wohnheim K3. Perfekte Lage zur Uni!
Teilen muss man sich nur die Küche, das heißt man hat sein eigenes Bad.
Die Möbel sind bis auf das Palettenbett mit zu mieten.
Die Kosten sind ein Festpreis. Nebenkosten sind somit vollständig abgedeckt.
Man hat die Möglichkeit in einem Parkhaus kostenfrei zu parken und auch vor der Tür sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.
Ich bin zu meinem Freund gezogen und würde das Zimmer zunächst für 2 Monate vermieten. Man kann beim Wohnheim aber perfekt einen Folgevertrag anmelden und bekommt so recht sicher das Zimmer - anders als wenn man sich normal auf der Seite bewirbt.
