Your future apartment is located on the second floor of a new building and has two really nice balconies. These are the heart of the apartment and are ideal for Netflix and barbecue evenings in the summer. 📺 🍹The room also impresses with its brightness and the view of the blooming gardens of the neighborhood. 🪴🌳 The apartment is generally in good condition and has two well-maintained bathrooms with washing machines.🛁 A large and light-flooded living room offers us the perfect setting for evenings together.
Unser Wohngebiet ist ruhig und zumeist fest in Hand von jungen, sympathischen Familien. Das nachbarschaftliche Verhältnisse besticht durch ein familiäres und freundliches Miteinander. Besonders reizvoll ist die Nähe zu einem Wald, der sich für lange Spaziergängen anbietet.🌳Auch die Verkehrsanbindung und die lokalen Versorgungsmöglichkeiten sind gut: In 20 Minuten ist die Universität und der Hauptbahnhof problemlos mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.🚊In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es für Autofahrer zudem viele freie und kostenlose Parkplätze. 🚙 Ein Aldi und DM befinden sich direkt in unserer Straße.🏬
Our residential area is quiet and mostly firmly in the hands of young, friendly families. The neighborly relationship captivates by a familiar and friendly togetherness. Particularly attractive is the proximity to a forest, which is ideal for long walks.🌳The transport links and local supply facilities are also good: the university and the main railway station can be reached easily by streetcar in 20 minutes.🚊In the immediate vicinity there are also many free parking spaces for motorists.🚙An Aldi and DM are located directly in our street.🏬
Deine beiden zukünftigen Mitbewohner vermisse ich allerdings schon jetzt am meisten. Tom (23) und Clemens (24), beides Uni-Studenten 👨🎓, wirst du sicher ganz schnell in dein Herz schließen. Ihre gesellige Art haben unser Wg-Leben in den letzten Jahren nämlich zu einem echten Fest gemacht! ♥️😊
However, I already miss your two future roommates the most. Tom (23) and Clemens (24), both university students 👨🎓, you will surely take into your heart very quickly. Their sociable nature has made our shared flat life a real party over the last few years! ♥️😊
