ich suche frühestens zum 1. Mai und spätestens zum 1. Juni eine neue Mitbewohnerin für meine kleine, aber feine WG! :)
Die Wohnung selbst ist ca. 45 qm groß. Sie verfügt über eine schöne Einbauküche, mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen und und und :)
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof, Pakettboden und kann teilmöbliert (Regal, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch) übernommen werden, dies ist jedoch kein Muss!
Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand von Mainz-Gonsenheim. Mit dem Bus sind es 10 Minuten bis zur Uni und 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Die Bushaltestelle (Linie 57 und 64) ist zu Fuß 1-2 Minuten entfernt und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 50 und 51) ca. 7-8 Minuten.
In der Nähe gibt es 2 Rewe und einen Aldi und außerdem alles mögliche was man sonst so braucht (Bäckerei, Apotheke, Ärzte, etc.).
Ich studiere Soziologie im 6. Semester, d.h. ich sitze an der Bachelor-Arbeit. Leider bin ich viel unterwegs und bin während des Semesters durchschnittlich nur 2-4 Nächte pro Woche zu Hause. Wenn ich dann aber mal zu Hause bin, freue ich mich über ein gemeinsames Abendessen oder einen Plausch in der Küche! :)
