Hallo,
da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein schönes Zimmer in einer ZweierWG. Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster in Richtung Westen. Die Küche der WG ist voll ausgestattet, gekocht wird mit einem Gasherd. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer, das gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt in Mainz Gonsenheim. Eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinien 50 und 51 (Elbestraße) ist ca. 100m entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi und Rewe) sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einen Bäcker sowie einen Imbiss und eine Pizzeria findet man neben der Bahnhaltestelle, bzw. eine Seitenstraße weiter. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man zur Uni gerade mal 10 Minuten.
Die Kaltmiete für die Wohnung beträgt 260 Euro, mit Nebenkosten, Heizung, Strom und Internet kommt man auf insgesamt 365 Euro. Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an!
