Das Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß mit Dachschräge, die aber erst ab 50 cm beginnt. Somit ist es das größte Zimmer der WG. Da der Schrank schon vor der letzten Mitbewohnerin im Zimmer war, würde er im Zimmer bleiben.
Lage
Die WG ist zentral gelegen und ist ca. 5 Laufminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls im Umkreis von 5 bis 10 Laufminuten (Rewe, Aldi). Im Hinterhof kann man gut sein Fahrrad abstellen (ansonsten im Keller). Im Haus unter der WG wohnen auch Studenten.
Die WG
Die WG ist eine 5er WG im 5.Stock (ohne Aufzug). Bewegung und Trubel sind somit vorprogrammiert. Wenn Du damit aber kein Problem hast, erwarten Dich 4 super nette Mitbewohner, 2 Bäder (Männer und Frauen), eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, eine kleine Abstellkammer und ein Keller Abteil.
WG Leben
Deine 4 neuen Mitbewohner sind zwischen 23 und 25 Jahre alt und alles Studenten.
