25qm mit Dachschräge und 2 Fensern (1 großes Dachfenster zum aufstellen). Im Zimmer steht noch ein Kleiderschranke der aber nicht drin bleiben muss. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bad mit Wanne, Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer das mitbenutzt werden kann.
Das Zimmer sollte vielleicht mal wieder gestrichen werden aber das ist ja schnell gemacht.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Fußminuten von der Mainzer Uni und 10 Fußminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Sackgasse mit wenig Verkehr. Hinter dem Haus ist Grünfläche die von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden kann.
Ich bin 30 Jahre alt und wohne schon länger mit meiner Katze und wechselnden Mitbewohnern in der Wohnung. Das Zusammenleben mit einer Frau hat mir immer besser gefallen. Mir ist es wichtig dass man sich gut versteht und auch mal etwas zusammen unternehmen kann und nicht nur miteinander wohnt.
Was du machst ist mir eigentlich egal, solang du nicht regelmäßig um 3 Uhr nachts heim kommst und Party machst.
