Hallo,
da ich ganz kurzfristig auf nach Holland bin um mein Studium abzuschliessen biete ich mein Zimmer zum einen zur Zwischenmiete an zum anderen kann es grundsaetzlich auch uebernommen werden. Das Zimmer ist ruhig gelegen im Wohnheim Hechtsheim (ca. 10 min ins Zentrum), hat einen grossen Supermarkt (REWE) direkt vor der Tuer und wird von zwei Weiteren, ganz lieben und aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohnern bewohnt. Die zwei sind dann auch gerne fuer ne Runde Sport oder fuer ein Bier zu haben.
Das Wohnheim selbst verfruegt ueber ein kleines Gym, Kino eine Bar wo man sich gerne trifft und kennenlernt, sowie Waschmaschinen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 19qm gross, ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Bett und einen Nachttisch.

Hi there!
As I was leaving Mainz on a short notice to exchange for Holand, I am offering a room for interim rent, however there is also the possibility become a regular tenant. The room is located in a three bedroom flat in the studentsdormitories of Dorm Hechtsheim, 10 minutes distance to the center. A groceries can be found right next door and the dorms have cinema, laundrie machines, a bar to meet people and a small gym.
The roomies you will live with are super nice, open minded and always in for some sports or a beer.
The room has 19sqm, is located in a quiet part, offers you a desk, bed, wardrobe and a bedtable.
