Ich bin eine Austausch-Studentin aus Moskau und ich bleibe in Deutschland nur 1 Semester. Februar gehe ich schon nach Hause, und jetzt suche ich ein Mädchen, das mein Zimmer vermieten wird. Aber Meine Mitbewohnerin bleibt in WG. Sie ist aus Deutschland und ist total nett (z.B. wenn ich Probleme mit Deutsch habe oder so, hilft sie immer).
1) Die Wohnung ist gemütlich. Wir haben alles, was man für das Leben braucht: einen Kühlschrank und neue Kühe; die Toilette und die Dusche.
2) In dem Zimmer gibt es alles, was man brauchen kann: einen Schrank, viele Regale, einen Tisch, ein Bett, einen kleinen Tisch, einen Stuhl.
3) Es gibt Einkaufs Möglichkeit in 7 min oder so. Und es gibt auch Bus und Tram Haltestelle in 5 Minuten.
Man kann Hauptbahnhof in 13 min erreichen.

I am an exchange- student moving out and I need to find a person who will submit my room. My German Nachbarin will stay at the Wohnheim.
If you are a student, you will be able to extend the contract with the Wohnheim.

The room is bright and there is enough space for all the stuff.
We have got a fridge, a bathroom, kitchen (Everything is new and clean).
In the room I can leave a small lamp, a boiler and a flower (if you need).
There is a shop nearby (in 7 min).
There is a bus and tram stop (in 5 min) so you can easily go to the Hauptbahnhof and the Center of the city.
We also have a bicycle storage.
