Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für ein frei werdendes WG-Zimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, direkt anschließend an die Innenstadt und ca. zwei Gehminuten vom "schonschön" entfernt.
Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster und ist deshalb angenehm hell. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Küche; voll ausgestattet und groß (mit großem Sofa und Esstisch).
Gesucht wird ein/e aufgeschlossene/r Wg-Mitbewohner/-in, der/die ab dem 1.Juni eine schöne WG haben möchte.
Zur Miete kommen Gas- und Stromkosten hinzu, welche sich je nach Verbrauch richten.
Da die Küche neu eingebaut ist, ist eine Abschlagszahlung vorgesehen.
