Das Zimmer ist ca.18 m2 groß. Es ist schön hell mit zwei großen Fenstern in einer Altbauwohnung. Insgesamt gibt es in der Wohnung eine Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist (vll. würde noch ein Tisch benötigt) mit neuem Kühlschrank, Herd, Abzugshaube, Spülmaschine und weiteren Utensilien. Das Bad ist mit ca. 13 m2 groß und mit Tageslicht. Eine Badewanne mit Duschfunktion sind eingebaut. Zudem hat die Wohnung zwei Toiletten, eine in einem Gäste-WC, und einen Balkon für Stunden im Freien. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit neuem dunklen Kirschholzlaminat ausgelegt.
Die Verkehrsanbindung in dieser Location ist super. Eine Minute zu Fuß zum Münsterplatz. In drei Minuten am Hbf Mainz. In vier Minuten am Schillerplatz.
Ich bin berufstätig, abends jedoch immer für einen Plausch in der Wohnung, oder ausserhalb zu haben.
