I'm traveling for the period of June 4th to 23rd and I am subletting the room for this 20-day period. The cost is including everything. You can write to me in EN/DE/ES/FA. For German I will use Google Translate just so you know :)
The room is quite spacious and I will leave all the furniture for you to use. There's the bed, clothes hanger, drawer, TV (not a smart one), mirror, table and armchair. The room has the morning light and gets quite nice in the morning.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared. We also have a beautiful, little garden with a bike shed.
The flat is very well located. Close to both Mainz and Wiesbaden. There are buses 54, 56, 58 going to Mainz, and bus 33 to Wiesbaden. All of them are accessible with 2-4 minutes of walking to the stops. A bit further within 9 minutes of walking there's also the bus 68 to Mainz and Wiesbaden.
Mainz-Kastel train station is 10 minutes with bike or bus. JGU is ~20 minutes by bike and ~30 minutes by bus.
You'll be staying with Leon (25) and Zoe (21). Leon finished his studies in philosophy and Zoe is doing hers in media management. They are very open and friendly. We spend some time together whether over eating, watching a movie, etc. But there are times that everyone's busy and we are understanding regarding that. They are both musical as well. Generally everything is easily communicated and understood. They speak EN/DE/ES.
