Hey ihr!
Ich ziehe aus meinem schönen Zimmer in Mainz-Laubenheim aus. Das Zimmer ist 17 Quadratmeter groß, hat zwei Fenster und ist daher lichtdurchflutet.☺️
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3-er WG. Meine Mitbewohnerin Charlotte bleibt hier wohnen, das dritte Zimmer wird ebenfalls zum 1.3. neu bezogen!
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr nah an den Weinbergen, was toll zum spazieren oder joggen ist!
Es gibt einen Nahkauf, zu dem man so 5-7 Minuten läuft und einen Edeka, zu dem man so 10-12 Minuten läuft.
Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 9 Minuten am Bahnhof, das ist super! Alternativ kann man aber auch den Bus nehmen, mit dem man circa 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt fährt.
Charlotte (24) studiert die Fächer Englisch und Mathe auf Lehramt im Master, mit ihr hast du eine nette, ordentliche und zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin!
