The apartment is ideally located just 4 minutes from Mainz Central Station (Mainz Hauptbahnhof) by tram, offering quick and convenient access to public transportation.

The apartment is currently shared by me (Subhadeep) and Sahory. We expect somebody who is friendly in nature and open minded.

I am a PhD student at Unimedizin Mainz, where I work on blood cancer research. I am originally from India and have been living in Mainz for 1.5 years. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, having friendly conversations, spending time outdoors on weekends, and playing badminton. I am also interested in photography and occasionally play the ukulele (still learning!).

Sahory is a PhD student in Physics at JGU Mainz. She is from Mexico and has been in Mainz for almost two years. She is open-minded and sociable. She enjoys watching anime, reading books, and going to the gym.

Due to our busy schedules, we rarely see each other during weekdays. However, we make sure to catch up on weekends — cooking together, going for a Sunday run, or occasionally going out for lunch (about once a month).

We value cleanliness and a calm atmosphere in the apartment. Our bond is relaxed and friendly, and we hope to find a new tenant who appreciates a similar vibe. Additional note: Unfortunately, the building elevator is currently not working.
