suche noch einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer!
Mein Zimmer ist 14m² groß - wohne direkt am Münsterplatz in einer 4er WG und die Miete Beträgt 354€ warm incl. Strom und Internet.
Die WG ist 102m² groß, wurde 2009 komplett saniert und neben mir wohnen noch 3 andere Studenten hier (1w,2m ; 2x Uni, 1x Fh).
Unsere WG ist sauber, wir haben keine Raucher (Möglichkeit im Flur vorhanden).
Was gibts sonst noch zu sagen?
- Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank sind noch kein Jahr alt
- Tageslichtbad
- Wir haben ein Gäste WC
- Geschäfte wie Rewe/Penny/Lidl/DM/Apotheke / Bäckerei sind in 1 Minute erreichbar
- Feiermöglichkeiten wie 50°, SchonSchön und RedCat sind auch nur 2-3 Minuten entfernt :-)
