Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und Politik/Publizistik-Studentin an der Uni Mainz...
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Mainz-Kastel mit sehr guter Anbindung nach Mainz. Die Linien 28, 54, 55, 56, 57, 68, 6 + 9 fahren im 5-Minuten Takt in die Innenstadt und auch direkt zur Uni/FH. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, Rewe, Aldi sind direkt um die Ecke. Der Rheinstrand und die Rheinwiesen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße selbst gibt es ausreichend und kostenfrei, Fahrradstellplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem renovierten Zustand und mit einem sehr großzügigen, neuen Tageslichtbad und einer schönen Wohnküche ausgestattet...aber einfach mal angucken!
