Da es meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin beruflich Richtung Süden zieht, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für ein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer in der Mainzer Neustadt. Das Zimmer ist rund 22 qm groß und besteht eigentlich aus 2 Zimmern, die durch einen breiten Durchgang verbunden sind. Die o.g. Abschlagszahlung ist für die Küchenausstattung sowie 2 Billy-Regale und 2 Tische, die wenn möglich übernommen werden sollen.
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich genau in der Mitte zwischen den Haltestellen Lessing- und Goethestraße, man hat also Anschluss an die Linien 50, 51, 60, 61, 62, 63 und 70. Alternativ ist man auch zu Fuß in rund 8 min am Bahnhof. Supermärkte, Bäcker und die Neustadt-Kneipen sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
