Hallo biete ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG an. Das Zimmer hat Laminatboden, ist hell und relativ groß. Es gib einen Telefonanschluss, WLAN und ist sehr gemütlich. Wände, Tür und Decke sind weiß. Wer drauf steht muss die Wände nicht umbedingt streichen, sind recht sauber. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock.
3 Zimmer Wohnung, kleines Bad und eine gemütliche Küche mit kleinem Balkon. Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofortl frei und ich möchte es noch für den Restmonat April vermieten.
Die Nebenkosten werden sich noch mal etwas verringern da Malte den Anbieter gewechselt hat.

Sehr Zentral, besser gehts nicht. Von hier kann man alles wunderbar erreichen. Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 10 min. gemütlich zu Fuß erreichbar (eilig=5 min.), Rewe um die Ecke, etwas weiter Lidl Netto etc. und die Innenstadt bzw. Altstadt ist auch nicht weit. Der Münsterplatz ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt wo Busse fast überall hinfahren.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und unternehmen hin und wieder mal was zusammen, was aber auch kein muss ist. Meine Mitbewohner Leonie und Malte sind sehr entspannt und es macht Spass mit ihnen zusammen zu wohnen. WG ist Ideal für Studenten.
