-Aufenthaltsraum mit Couches, einem TV, DVD-Player...
-Gemeinschaftsräume werden mehrmals wöchentlich von einer Hausfrau gereinigt
Lage
- unmittelbare Nähe zur Universität, nur 5 Minuten Fußweg
- Wohnheim liegt in der Nähe des Sportgeländes der Uni
- super Busanbindung (6/6A/90) fährt alle 10 Minuten
- Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter entfernt
- trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage
Im Haus wohnen 24 andere Leute, hauptsächlich Studenten.
