Hallo,
das Zimmer ist etwa 12qm groß, da es aber hohe Wände hat wirkt es nicht so klein. Das Fenster zeigt zur Jakobsbergstraße und diese ist bekannt für ihre vielen Weinhäuser, daher kann es am Wochenende im Sommer bis 24 Uhr schon noch etwas laut sein. Das ist leider der Nachteil einer zentralen Wohnung. Im Winter aber ist es sehr ruhig.
Die Lage ist perfekt! Die WG ist mitten in der Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Rewe oder Tegut sind gleich ums Eck. Der Bahnhof Mainz römisches Theater ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Höfchen könntet ihr bei schnellem Schritt in 5 Minuten erreichen.
Eine Mitbewohnerin zieht auch bald aus.
Bisher haben wir immer gerne zusammen gekocht und ein Weinchen getrunken.
Am besten schreibt ihr mir eine SMS oder ruft an! Die Besichtigungstermine würden meist Abends stattfinden.
