Hallo,
ich muss ab April leider weg vom schönen Mainz und gebe mein sehr liebgewonnenes WG-Zimmer an dich ab. Es erwarten dich 20m2 mit großen Fenstern in saniertem Altbau, neues Bad mit Waschmaschine, vollständig eingerichtete Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle in der man auch gemütich zusammensitzen kann.Ausserdem Sonnenbalkon, Keller und Fahrradkeller(!) und sogar Garten zur mitbenutzung!Neben zwei tollen Mitbewohnern gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, falls du mal abschalten willst.Die Lage in der Oberstadt ist super, wenn man mal ein wenig Ruhe will, man ist aber auch in 2 Minuten mit dem Rad in die Stadt gerollt, oder nimmt den Bus oder die Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Kommt und überzeugt euch selbst!

Oberstadt, für Mediziner beste Lage zur Universitätsmedizin (3min), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt und die Ecke (Rewe, Netto, Apotheke, Backer, Metzger) und natürlich auch Bus und Bahn vor der Tür!
Unbedingt, keine Zweck-WG.

Wer noch Möbel braucht, ich würde gerne Schrank, Regale abgeben
