Hallo,
wir (Sarah, 21 & Theresa 26) suchen zum 20.10. eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Unsere WG liegt in der Neustadt nah am Bahnhof. Penny, Aldi und Rewe sind direkt nebenan. In die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten. Die Busanbindung zur Uni ist durch die Bahnhofsnähe super und auch mit dem Fahrrad dauert es nur gut 10 Minuten zum Campus.
Das Zimmer ist gut 15 Quadratmeter groß und ist quadratisch geschnitten. Von unserer Küche geht ein kleiner Balkon in den Innenhof ab.
Zu unserer Wohnung gehört noch ein Wäschekeller und ein Kellerraum zum Abstellen von allem, was man gerade nicht braucht.
Einige Möbel können nach Absprache übernommen werden. Auch über den Einzugstermin kann noch verhandelt werden.
Inklusive Internet, Strom, Telefon, GEZ etc. beträgt die Miete 345 Euro.
