Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter ab sofort bis Ende Dezember für mein WG-Zimmer. Wenn du dich mit den Mitbewohnern gut verstehst kannst du bestimmt dort wohnen bleiben. Nur ist der Vertrag dann direkt mit dem Hauptmieter der WG und nicht mehr mit mir.
Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß und ziemlich hell. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Insgesamt eine voll funktionstüchtige Umgebung um in Mainz zu studieren oder zu arbeiten.
Wenn du willst kannst du einen Schrank und einen Schreibtisch von mir kostenlos übernehmen.
Alle drei Wochen ist man mit Putzplan dran.
Die WG liegt super zentral mitten in Mainz. 5 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof. 5 min zu Fuß zu Aldi und Rewe.
Hier wohnen Marcel (21, macht eine Ausbildung) und Karo (27, Chemie-Doktorandin). Von "nur zusammen wohnen" bis "gute Freunde werden" ist alles drin.
