Hallo zusamen,
Wir, Adelaida (30) und Vincent (32) Lehramtsstudenten im Endspurt ;-), suchen ab 1.2.2013 einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3-WG.Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und wird zum ersten Februar frei. Die Warmmiete beträgt 285 Euro inklusive Internet und aller Nebenkosten.
Zu unserer 100m²-Wohnung gehören:
- eine große Wohnküche
- ein Wohnzimmer
- ein großzügiges Tageslichtbad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof und von der Fußgängerzone
entfernt. Ein Rewe und Lidl sind direkt vor der Haustür.
WG-Leben:
Unser WG-Leben ist ruhig und entspannt. Für uns ist wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen, wir Rücksicht
aufeinander nehmen und dass jeder etwas dazu beiträgt, dass das Zusammenleben gut funktioniert!
Sonstiges:
Wir wünschen uns einen Mitbewohner / eine Mitbewohnerin zwischen 25 und 35 Jahren. Am besten passt Du zu uns, wenn Du
schon Berufstätig oder im fortgeschrittenen Semester bist und bereits WG- Erfahrung hast.
