Hi Leute!
Ich (Chris) werde für 4 Monate von Mainz wegen eines Praktikums wegziehen und bin deshalb zur Zeit auf der Suche nach einem Zwischenmieter für meine WG vom 01.04.2014 bis 01.08.2014.
Zimmer:
Mein Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und mit Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bett, Couch, Kommode und Fernseher ausgestattet, um mal die Sachen zu nennen, die mir hier gerade auffallen. Zusätzlich bietet die WG noch Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und seit Neuestem auch wieder einen Trockner!
Unsere zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in der Kaiserstraße und ist damit die Trennlinie zwischen Neu- und Altstadt von Mainz. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt aber auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Ein REWE ist auch nicht weit ;)
Nils (23 Jahre, Sport und Physik auf Lehramt) und Aron (22 Jahre) sind meine Mitbewohner. Die beiden sind immer ziemlich sportlich und zum Teil auch musikalisch unterwegs. Generell gesehen auf jeden Fall zwei angenehme und gesellige Mitbewohner. Achso, eine Zweck-WG ist unsere WG nicht. Wir unternehmen gern auch mal was zusammen (slacklinen, grillen, longboarding...). Natürlich wird die Privatsphäre aber auch geachtet.
Die 302 Euro an Miete sind als Gesamtmiete, also warm zu verstehen. Internet, Heizung etc. sind mitinbegriffen.
