Hallo,
ich ziehe zum 01.08 (spätestens 14.08) aus meiner WG aus und mein anderer Mitbewohner Phillip ebenfalls, da er einen Erasmus antritt. Der letzte Mitbewohner wird sehr wahrscheinlich auch nicht mehr lange in der Wohnung bleiben, dass heißt die Wohnung eignet sich optimal zur WG Neugründung.
Es ist eine schöne, saubere WG und für Mainz sehr günstig.
Es gibt eine sehr große Küche mit ca. 25qm und zwei Bäder.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Mombacherstr. 49 und zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man ca 3min zu Fuß.
