Hallo, wir suchen für unsere WG in der der Neustadt eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in (Zwischenmiete ab 01.01.2017 bis 31.05.2017).
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und kostet 346 Euro warm (inkl. NK & Internet). Das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert.
Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Neustadt, ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber auch zum Rhein ist es nicht weit. Ansonsten sind natürlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden und auch die schönen Kneipen und Cafés der Neustadt sind nah.
Wir, Romina und Sona sind 27 und 29 Jahre alt und arbeiten/studieren in Mainz. Wir sind beide tagsüber unterwegs, trinken aber gerne ein Bier/Wein am Abend in der Küche und fänden es sehr schön, wenn du offen bist und Interesse an einem entspannten Zusammenleben hast.
