Hallo,
in unser 2-er WG wird ab November ein Zimmer frei. Du würdest mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Natalia (28), Kommunikationsdesignerin die gemütliche Altbauwohnung in der Neustadt teilen. Die Miete beträgt mit allem drum und dran ca. 350 Euro.
Wir sind beide berufstätig und schaffen es momentan nicht vor 19 Uhr zuhause zu sein. Deswegen müssten Besichtigungstermine zu früher bis mittlerer Abendzeit stattfinden.

Die WG befindet sich ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Neustadt (Nähe Bismarckplatz), 10 min fußläufig vom Hbf und vom Rhein entfernt. Es gibt viele Parks in der Nähe. Das Haus hat einen großen Innenhof.
