Das Zimmer hat wie oben beschrieben ca. 16 qm und ist sehr hell.
Es hat zusätzlich einen kleinen Balkon. Die Fenster sind sehr dicht, wodurch das Zimmer leise ist.
Die Wohnung liegt fast direkt am Rhein und um die Ecke der FH Holzstraße und der EMS.
Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie den REWE, Penny und TeGut.
Die Bushaltestelle Holzturm ist auch in nächster Nähe.
Man ist in ca. 5 zum Dom gelaufen, somit liegt die Wohnung wirklich super in der Altstadt!
Meine Mitbewohnerin, die in der WG bleibt, studiert an der EMS und kommt ins 3. Semester.
Ich ziehe aus schweren Herzens aus der WG aus, da ich mit Kommilitoninnen eine neue WG gründe.
