Geräumiges Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz für Schreibtisch, Bett und Kleiderschrank. Schreibtisch kann übernommen werden (NP 200€, für 70€). Ein großes Fenster sorgt für eine angenehme Tagesbelichtung.
Die Lage ist bestens, direkt zwischen Schillerplatz und Münsterplatz, trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Der HBF ist in 2 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen, an die Uni fahren im Minutentakt Busse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden, REWE in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Du wohnst wirklich zentral in Mainz und bist auch schnell zu Fuß in sämtlichen Clubs.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Jo (Ausbildung) und Iris (berufstätig). Beide sind supernett und umgänglich & wir haben immer gute Stimmung in unserer WG. Niemand wird zum mitmachen gezwungen, aber wir sitzen öfter zusammen auf dem Balkon und trinken ein gemütliches Bierchen:)
