Das Zimmer ist frisch renoviert worden und 16 m² groß. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 70 m² und die Wohnung wird zum ersten Mal als WG angeboten. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 3 Zimmer. Es gibt zudem eine Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden und ebenso eine Spülmaschine. Das zu vergebene Zimmer ist unmöbliert und hat einen Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 27.10 frei, daher kann eigentlich auch schon vor dem 30.10 eingezogen werden
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Neustadt, daher sehr zentral am Hauptbahnhof (5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind direkt um die Ecke (drei Minute bis Bus und Tram; Haltestelle: Goethstr oder Lessingstr), vom Bahnhof aus sind es dann ca. 3 Minuten zum Uni-Campus. Supermärkte sind ebenso gut zu Fuß erreichbar (REWE, Penny, Lidl, Rossmann ca. 5 Minuten). Ein Kiosk ist direkt gegenüber. Ansonsten sind Bars, Clubs etc. in Laufnähe.
Im Moment lebt noch niemand in der WG. Es werden 3 Zimmer angeboten, das eine ist 22 m² groß und das andere Zimmer ist 10m² groß und hat zusätzlich noch ein Balkon (3m² groß) und kostet 300€. Die Küche ist 8 m² (hat ebenfalls einen Balkon) und das größte Zimmer ist 22m² und kostet 350€. Daher kann die Wohnung von Freunden als WG genutzt werden.
