Von dem geräumigen, hellen Zimmer (mit Rollladen) aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den verkehrsberuhigten Bereich mit seinem Minipark (Ein kleiner Brunnen umgeben von Bäumen und Parkbänken). Am Zimmereingang befindet sich ein großes Sofa, das man auch zum Bett ausklappen kann. Zusätzlich befinden sich ein zwei Schränke im Zimmer die komplett leer sein werden, um dort Kleidung oder persönliche Gegenstände zu lagern. Der große Smart-TV kann ebenfalls benutzt werden. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, der sowohl als Esstisch, als auch als Schreibtisch benutzt werden kann.
Von der Küche aus hat man Zugang zum Balkon. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Küchenutensilien, Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank mit geräumigen Gefrierfach... einfach alles was man so benötigen könnte.
Das Badezimmer ist klein aber fein mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Rauchen ist in der gesamten Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Du würdest dir das Bad und die Küche mit Christian teilen, der in dem Raum nebenan wohnt und den gesamten Monat über ein Praktikum im Krankenhaus macht.

The big room has big windows and are therefore flooded with light. If it is too much light for you there is also a roller shutter. The two big rooms are directed to the north where you can have a look at the nice traffic calmed area where trees and benches surround a little well.
In the room you find a big couch, which can be converted into a bed. Additionaly there are two cupboards to put clothes or personal stuff in it and a big table with four chairs to eat or work on it. The big Smart TV on the wall can also be used.
The kitchen is directed to the south and has acces to the little charming balcony which is directed to the inner courtyard. The kitchen is completely equipped, inculding a dish-washer, a fridge with a spacious freezer compartment, washing machine, ect.
The Bathroom. The flat has a little but fine bathroom with a shower and a bath-tub.
Smoking is prohibited in the whole flat, except the balcony.
You would share the bathroom and the kitchen with Christian who is actually living there and who is doing his hospital practice the whole month.

Die Wohnung findet sich in der beliebten Neustadt. Ein Stadtteil, der von vielen jungen Familien und Studenten bewohnt wird, und sich durch seine vielen kleinen Kneipen, Spielplätze und Parks auszeichnet.
Sowohl der Hauptbahnhof als auch die Innenstadt, lassen sich binnen 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Alternativ gibt es gleich 2 Bushaltestellen in direkter Nähe. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Nahkauf und ein kleiner Kiosk, der auch zur späten Stunde noch offen hat.
Die Lage ist trotz Stadtnähe sehr ruhig, man kann nachts ungehindert mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
The apartment is located in the popular district called "Neustadt". In the surrounding area you can find young families, students, and also established elderly people. The district is very nice with many green areas, Parks, playgrounds, cafés and bars.
Both, the main station and the town centre are reachable within 13 minutes by walking. Alternatively there are two Bus.stops at a 3 minute walk. Right before the house you can find a kiosk which is also opend later at night and a little supermarket. If you walk 5 minutes you can reach a bigger supermarket.
Despite of the proximity to the centre, the surroundings of the flat are so calm that you can sleep at night with an open window.
Dein Mitbewohner wird Christian sein. Er ist Medizinstudent im 10. Semester und macht den gesamten März über ein Praktikum im Krankenhaus in Mainz. Er ist sehr unkompliziert, sowohl gesellig als auch ruhig.
Your flatmate will be Christian. He is Medical student in the 10th semester and will do his practice in a hospital during march. He is incomplicated and sociable.
