Ich biete ein schönes, helles Zimmer an, das trotz der sehr zentralen Lage der Wohnung ruhig ist (geht zum Hinterhof raus).
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat ein neu renoviertes Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit Möbel zu übernehmen, das aber kein Muss :)
Sehr zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Cafés, ein kleiner Park und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (2 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof).
Die Neustadt ist ein sehr junges Viertel, wo es nicht langweilig wird - zum Rheinufer läuft man 10min.
Dein Mitbewohner ist Julius, er ist 29 und arbeitet in Koblenz. Er ist sehr unkompliziert sodass ein entspanntes und nettes Zusammenwohnen möglich ist :)
