Gemütliches Zimmer in der Neustadt zur Zwischenmiete
Da ich für 5-6 Wochen reisen werde, wird mein kleines aber gemütliches Zimmer
in der Neustadt frei.
Mein Zimmer ist 12 qm groß,hell und möbelliert, d.h Bett,Schrank,Schreibtisch, Kommode alles da. Ich würde dann noch eine Kaution von 200€ nehmen, was selbstverständlich am Tag des Auszuges, wenn alles klappt zurückkommt.
Die Miete ist im Monat mit 265€ auch echt ziemlich günstig.
Solltest du also für ein paar Wochen ein Zimmer im schönen Mainz brauchen, melde dich gerne bei mir!

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es Fußweg 7 Minuten, wobei auch alle 5 Minuten ein Bus oder Bahn kommt und die Fahrradstation auch direkt vor der Tür ist.
Supermärkte gibt’s REWE, Penny, Aldi usw in 5 Minuten Reichweite. Außerdem nicht weit zum Rhein oder (ganz wichtig) zur Neustadteisdiele N'eis.
Meine Mitbewohner sind super lieb und die WG Atmosphäre ist total entspannt - alles kann nichts muss :)
Wenn sich Zeit findet wird auch immer gerne was zusammen unternommen, keine Zweck-WG!
