Tolle Altbauwohnung mit Dielenbodem und hohen Decken. Das Zimmer ist ca. 19 qm groß, hell, im dritten Stock . Wir haben Küche, Bad, WC, einen Keller, Abstellmöglichkeiten im Haus für Fahrräder und einen kleinen Balkon, den wir gemeinsam nutzen können.
Neustadt, ca. 200 m vom Rhein entfernt , mit dem Fahrrad 15 bis 20 min von Uni und Uniklinik und ca. 10 min von der Innenstadt entfernt (direkt vor der Haustüre ist eine Bushaltestelle, Linie 58 und 70). Rewe, Biomarkt, Post,... alles in direkter Nähe. Parkmölichkeiten an der Rheinallee
Absolut enstpannt. Alles kann, nichts muss... Bisher war es immer ein sehr harmonisches Zusammenleben :)
