Helles, geräumiges Zimmer in 2er Wg. Bett, Sessel, Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch vorhanden, jedoch kein Kleiderschrank. Die Wohnung hat noch eine große Küche und eine Abstellkammer. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem geraucht werden darf. Bad mit Badewanne ist vom WC getrennt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der beliebten Neustadt. 2 min zu Fuß zum Bismarckplatz, ein zentraler Verkehrsknotenpunkt für Busse und Trams. Zum Bahnhof nur 3 Stationen. MVG-Radstation vorhanden. 3 Supermärkte und ein Bäcker direkt um die Ecke. Parkmöglichkeiten sind eigentlich ganz gut, tagsüber problemlos, abends kann es aber etwas dauern, bis man einen geeigneten Parkplatz gefunden hat.
Die Wohnung würdest Du mit mir und meinem Hund teilen:) Du solltes also keine Angst vor Hunden haben. Ich bin Biologe und arbeite hier in Mainz. Barney ist eine 8- jährige frz. Bulldogge:)
